Model Meaning
Normal Operating Environment
Altitude: ≤1000m; Environment temperature: -25°C ~ +40°C
Temperature: maximum monthly average temperature +30°C, maximum annual average temperature +20°C
Relative humidity: daily average ≤95%, monthly average ≤90%
Shockproof level: horizontal acceleration 0.4m/s², vertical acceleration 0.15m/s²
The installation site is free of dramatic impact, serious pollution, chemical corrosion, conducting dust and explosion hazards. In case of failure to meet the normal operating conditions, please negotiate with the Company.
Functions and Features
The substation consists of the high-voltage chamber, transformer chamber, and low-voltage chamber and may be arranged in the structure of the Chinese character "日" or "品."
With terminal, ring network or dual power supply mode
Adopt the power supply scheme of single or double transformers
Select oil-immersed power transformer or dry-type power transformer
Transformer
Prefabricated substations use low-loss, oil-immersed, fully sealed transformers, and dry-type transformers can also be selected. The transformers can enter and exit conveniently.
High Voltage Side
The high voltage of the prefabricated substation is generally protected by the composite apparatus of load switch and fuse. In case of a one-phase fuse blow, the three-phase linkage releases. The load switch may be of compressed-gas type, vacuum, sulfur hexafluoride, and other models and may be configured with an electric operating mechanism to achieve automatic upgrading; the fuse is a high-voltage fuse with an impactor, having reliable action and large switching capacity. The transformers of 800kVA and above may be protected by ZN12, ZN28, VS1 and other vacuum circuit breakers.
Low Voltage Side
The universal or intelligent circuit breaker is used for the master switch at the low voltage side, and the new model casc switch with small volume, short flashover and flexible outgoing line is used for the outgoing switch; the intelligent automatic tracking reactive power compensation device has contactor and contactless switching modes for choice.

Ordering Process & Important Notes
Technical Agreement Execution:
For non-standard products or complex projects, both parties must sign a detailed Technical Agreement prior to production scheduling. This agreement shall serve as an annex to the contract and carry the same legal effect.
Drawing Confirmation:
We will provide outline drawings, foundation drawings, and single-line diagrams based on your requirements. Please sign and confirm these drawings promptly. Any schedule delays resulting from late confirmation shall be borne by your side.
Change Management:
After order confirmation and signed drawings, any technical or commercial changes must be submitted in writing and reconfirmed by both parties. Any cost increases or schedule delays arising from such changes shall be borne by the initiating party.
Site Coordination:
Please ensure that on-site foundation construction strictly follows our foundation drawings and that adequate access is reserved for lifting and transportation. If you require our on-site installation guidance or commissioning services, please schedule in advance.
