Electrical performance

We conduct precise tests on transformer turns ratio, no-load and short-circuit characteristics to evaluate iron loss, copper loss, efficiency and stability of operating parameters.
Insulation and withstand voltage

We conduct rigorous testing on the transformer's insulation strength, partial discharge level, and withstand voltage, while also evaluating the electrical properties of the insulating medium.
Impact and overvoltage capability

The transformer's shock resistance and the stability of its insulation system were verified by simulating lightning strikes and transient overvoltages in the power grid.
Run test

We conduct comprehensive tests on the transformer's temperature rise performance, load operation status, and operating noise to ensure that the equipment has good thermal stability and low noise performance under long-term operating conditions.
